「We loved the layout of 3 bedroom apartment and it was beautifully decorated. I like that the parking was secured and each resident had assigned parking which is included in the rental rate. The only concern that we had is that the centralized trash dump was not picked up and emptied in timely manner . Also, we had some issues in securing the front door lock. 「We loved the Murphy House and location was amazing!!! You can walk everywhere. Only think we would have liked is a fan, Savannah is hot in the summer and being on the top floor was a little warm. Overall great, cute and amazing location. We got parking on the street which as long as you renewed payment by 8am every morning it was way cheaper than the parking garages around.」
