「This was an amazing trip, the location is really nice and quiet, close to national road to take you to Chania, lovely town close by called Armenoi with butcher, cheese monger and nice restaurants, close to Kalives with beach bars restaurants etc.
The host Stefanos is a lovely friendly man who will assist with any needs. He allowed us to check in nice and early and greeted us with a smile. He would come chat with us daily if he saw us sat outside. No noise at night which is amazing」

Could do with slightly more foliage in between villa terraces for added privacy and the cleaner should sweep when changing towels etc..other than that the owners were extremely friendly and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying here. Very unusual for holiday hotels is the quality of the bedrooms and especially the bed.
Excellent in all respects apart from the MUZAK which is played morning noon and night and spoils the wonderful rooftop breakfast experience totally.
