Self check in, have to activate your own key cards, charge £15 per bag if you would like them to store luggage on day of arrival or departure! never experienced anywhere else not sure if it's a london thing..
The room was oka, beds confortable basic sleeping pods. There is no secure place to store passports.
Postivies include: Location was great super central and walking distance to many landmarks bus stop right outside along with tube station
