Large Modern Smart House, voice controlled

  • Easily accessible to all local amenities such as the IU stadium, B-LIne trail, grocery stores, down town, The Warehouse community space and Switchyard park. You will be able to bypass traffic and get to where you need to go smoothly. The house is a fully functioning smart house that can be controlled by voice. "Alexa turn the lights on", "lock the front door" or "make coffee". There are two top of the line, very nice 85" Samsung QLED tv's. One upstairs and one downstairs with all the streaming services. Free high speed wifi, free unlimited parking spaces. Washer and dryer, newly updated big kitchen, open back porch viewing area and an awning over the front porch viewing area that's just steps away from a community play ground and park. Owners have 10 other properties if this one does not suite your needs or availability please reach out to see if another one of our houses might be a better fit
