「サンドバンクスビーチからは少し遠いけど、Heated pool、BBQ等もあり、ファミリーで快適に過ごさせてもらいました。ちょうど、友達家族と隣通しの部屋で、しかもそこから中庭のプールに直結だったため、朝起きればすぐにプールに入れるし、テラスから子供たちも見れるしで、プールが私たちだけで貸し切り状態を味わうことができました。そして、周りに何もないと聞いていたため、すべての食材を持ち込んで、共有で使えるキッチンに保存。朝食はついていましたが、昼食、夕食はそこでつくり、コテージ感覚ですごすことができます。閑散期？で利用者もすくなかったため、快適に過ごせたのかもしれませんが、設備等に不満はありません。ただ、この土地柄か、Ceptic Waterのため、水道水のにおいが気になり、子供たちにはその点のみが不評でした。」

「Fantastic stay in every way. Lovely, Clean and a great location close to everything in Bloomfield on the Main Street. It is also very close to the town of Picton, which is a very short 10 minute drive. Diane is marvellous and a wonderful informative host. Her breakfasts are so healthy and delicious as she prepares everything from scratch. The room is like having your own private wing. And Includes a washroom which was huge and very modern. 「A great place to stay. We were in the pink room with 2 queen beds. It was gorgeous. Beautiful linens. Great AC which was welcome. Alex was a lovely host and we enjoyed family style breakfast with the other guests on the second morning. We explored Sandbanks and borrowed beach towels. We enjoyed walking the grounds and felt very at home here. It’s a beautiful old farmhouse and Alex and his partner have really decorated it with both style and comfort in mind. The art and decor are beautiful. 」

「Lovely home, but actually even nicer people! Karen & George are the near perfect B&B Hosts, beautiful people with great stories to share, invisible for much of your stay, but right there when you are in need of anything. Breakfast was a good cut above the norm and accompanied by the host’s warmth. These people care about what they do and want nothing more than to ensure you enjoy your short stay in The County. As a total package the Runaway Rooster is a tough to compare. 」
