Top family villa for max. 8 p., by the sea, boat mooring, bicycle hit!
This spacious villa has two stories, 128 m² of living space, and features four bedrooms with three double beds and one single bed. There is also a large sleeper sofa in the living room. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. In the bright, spacious kitchen with a view of the sea, anyone with a passion for cooking will feel right at home. The dining room adjoins the open kitchen, but during the summer months, meals are always enjoyed on the huge terrace, which offers green shade and seating under awnings. The terrace is 100 m² and, with its olive trees that green the entire surroundings, exceeds the expectations of any other terrace.
The living room on the upper floor offers a host of amenities (TV, DVDs with a player, a library, an open fireplace, and a unique view of the sea). There is also a large covered balcony here.
The house is nestled among olive trees and herb gardens. The chirping of cicadas, the scent of herbs, and the sound of the sea accompany you throughout the day.
The sea is 80 meters away and easily accessible via a staircase. The beautiful swimming area, complete with sun sails, shaded lounging spots, and boat docks, never fails to delight our guests! With its rocky, crystal-clear seabed, the water offers ideal conditions for fishing, diving, and snorkeling.
The island is perfect for mountain biking, hiking, enjoying nature, and exploring the unique flora and fauna. The picturesque capital, Korčula, is just a 45-minute drive away. Countless charming little villages in pristine bays reflect Dalmatian culture and hospitality. In addition, larger towns like Blato and Vela Luka offer great restaurants, cafés to relax in, markets, shops, and rental options for all kinds of vehicles. For a day trip, the world-famous UNESCO city of Dubrovnik or the ancient Roman city of Split are great options.
WHAT ELSE YOU SHOULD KNOW: The Dalmatian coast is one of the most beautiful and unspoiled coastlines in the Mediterranean. It captivates visitors with its clear, clean water and excellent visibility, making swimming, diving, snorkeling, surfing, and sailing a true pleasure. The fish from these waters is particularly flavorful and tender. It’s sold at the market or served in idyllic local restaurants alongside delicious wine and vegetables from the region.
If you’d rather not drive your own car, you can rent one at the Split or Dubrovnik airport or directly on the island of Korčula. Your vacation in our bay will be unforgettable!
GETTING HERE: A well-developed highway runs from Rijeka or Zagreb via Split toward Dubrovnik all the way to Ploče. From there, take the new bridge to the Pelješac Peninsula and continue on to Orebić, where a short ferry (15-minute ride) departs hourly for Korčula Town. From Korčula, it’s a 45-minute drive to us. From northern Croatia, it takes 4 hours to reach the port of Split or the area near the Pelješac Peninsula. In the summer, it’s best to drive at night to avoid traffic jams. Whether you prefer a more leisurely pace or public transportation, the shipping company “Jadrolinija” offers ferry and catamaran trips. Online reservations a few days in advance are required! You can fly to Split (or Dubrovnik) daily from various European cities. The shuttle bus service from the airport to the port—and thus to the ferry crossings to the island—is well-developed and affordable. Renting a car directly at the airports or upon arrival in Vela Luka (where you arrive by ferry or catamaran from Split) is becoming increasingly popular.
