A second bedroom on the same floor offers 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, making it ideal for children. The bathroom on the ground floor features a shower and a separate WC. The fully equipped open kitchen is also situated on this level, seamlessly integrated into the living space.
