"Room was huge for Great Britain! Very clean and comfortable with plenty of space to move around. Parking was a little tight but we managed. After a long day of traveling, it felt like I had won the lottery! "
"Fascinating hotel, particularly for its history and remarkably beautiful location on the River Dee. Charming accommodations and a talented chef made for an enjoyable stay."

"Amazing staff! Very kind and approachable. One fellow was leaving work for the day and took the time to help my husband find parking. The lady that helped us check in walked me to our room to ensure that I found it alright while my husband parked the car. Everyone was lovely and beyond kind. Very clean room, I didn’t want to leave. "
"The young man at reception was very nice and helpful. Our room was on the 3rd floor though and help with our luggage would have been wonderful. The place is clean and the beds comfortable. The doors wouldn’t stay open though and the washer/dryer combo is small, and takes forever! There were directions for every appliance but that. We specifically booked there for laundry and were quite disappointed. "
"We arrived early in the morning from the sleeper train and were easily able to leave our bags and given recommendations of what to see. When we checked in with Oggy it was smooth and easy. "
"We were made so welcome from our arrival, until we departed.
The rooms were lovely and roomy and perfectly clean.
There were meal options, you could eat in the dining room or have something simple in the bar area.
The city is only ten minutes away and the gardens and surrounding area are perfectly kept and make you feel like you are in the grounds of a stately home.
It was perfect for us."
