「We were disappointed with a few things. The upstairs was noisy all night long, people walking around, not much sound barrier between floors. When we arived there was zero bedding in the unit. The pictures of the rental showed bedding. When I asked for bedding we were given an old crusty dirty blanket. Far from what we expected. Good thing I had a friend that borrowed me a blanket. This unit is really a 2 person rental, the sofa day bed would never sleep 2 and is not to comfy to sit on. 」

「We arrived at the apartment to realize the payment was accepted but nobody sent us the instructions to get in. When I messaged the owner, they told me the apartment has been double booked and we could not get in. Most hotels were full that weekend so they really ruined my stay in Saskatoon. Gladly, the Vrbo customer service was quick to answer and managed to find us another place to stay.」
