Everything about this hotel was immaculate from the staff to the restaurant to the location and of course the rooms and the bathroom are well kept very update to date. I’ll give them a 10 out of 10. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The dishwasher did not work and it took three days of our trip to get it replaced. There were only 12 forks in the kitchen and the pots/pans were Teflon and so pitted we had to buy a large pot ourselves. Customer service had some forks delivered and two small frying pans and one medium pot, however, the house says it will fit over 20 people and we had 17 - very difficult to cook in the kitchen which was woefully under-provisioned. The upstairs fan had to be repaired as well. However, the space itself and the pool area were great. The resort facility was really good and we did spend a lot of time at the resort pools and the Aqua bar was fun with really good food and the service at the resort pools was outstanding. We had a great time, but they really need to check the unit for working appliances and the kitchen. They only supply a few “starter” provisions so we bought everything and luckily one of our guests had their own car and took the provisions home. I have rented many VRBO units and have never had a kitchen set up like this. Most homes are set up for cooking and eating together as a group. For this price, I would expect working appliances and kitchenware.
