They would not refund my second charge until while left standing at the desk, they sent someone to the room to see if I stole anything (after freezing an unreasonable $400 damage deposit). "

"My review is similar to many here. The property is in the midst of a renovation. The rooms they rent are all completely renovated, clean and comfortable. But as yet, there is no elevator. My room was on the 3rd floor. The hallways were clear, but it’s clearly a construction zone. The parking was secure, but a bit unconventional. Your key card unlocks the door, then you have to slide it open, drive in, and close it behind you. But it was nice to have my car warm and secure. "
