Room wasn’t cleaned as expected stains on sheets, the mini fridge didn’t work. I had partially paid for my room and somehow needed up with a double deposit hold. When addressing my concerns I was ignored and given an email address to contact but they were closed as it was the weekend. I’ll never stay here again there was no professionalism, and housekeeping failed to do their jobs

"I was supposed to have the pyramid and got assigned the tower. No one at the front desk could help me as everything was a kiosk transaction. If you wanted a fridge you have to pay a daily fee. I have never encountered that anywhere. The body wash smelled horrible and I had to bring my own shampoo ..."
