Lots of issues. Check in took more than 3 hours. Manager then promised to make it up by not charging the resort fee but I had to ask for it to be taken off my bill at the end. Breakfast took an hour and twenty minutes. I couldn't even reach them in the morning to find out status. Even though the property was nice I feel that the level of service has declined. Somewhat disappointed
