"Lovely hotel, with very good staff. Check in was painless and our room was ready before the usual check in time. We had a great view from the 12th floor of the ferry dock and it was great to see them coming in and out each day. Only negative I would have to say is that the area is pretty desolate. Nearest places to eat outside the hotel are a 20 minute walk away, although a supermarket is next door. Thankfully the bus service into the city was great and ran like clockwork."

"I arrived early and the lovely fellow at the desk stored my bag for me. He offered me something to drink. My room was ready two hours early and it was lovely and quiet. The breakfast was beautiful and nutritious. I fully recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay. Thank you!"

"Terrible! The hotel was looked when I came back to the hotel in the middle of the night so I was looked out for about 20 minutes before they let me in. Terrible! And my complain was ignored the day after when I checked out."
