The flat is located 5-7mins from The centre of York and the taxis into the centre are all reasonably priced. The flat was clean and tidy and even had some milk in the fridge for a cuppa to save a walk to the shops. Parking is directly outside the flat with no issues to find a space. "Perfect place to stay in the heart of Harrogate. Close to shops, bars and restaurants. Great atmosphere in the Pickled Sprout, with great food too. Rooms quiet and comfortable with tea, coffee and milk replenished daily. Would stay again and definitely recommend."

"From arrival to departure, our stay was very enjoyable. Highlights were spacious and comfortable room, Top-ten best shower of all time. Valet parking and to top it all a 5* restaurant with an excellent menu, superbly cooked food and just amazing staff. We had an issue with the wine as they made a small mistake but dealt with it with professionalism and politeness. The only negative comment would be that it is going to be too long until I come back."

"Nice rooms in a great location. Breakfast was really good. Beware which room you are allocated as we were just above a function room and had thumping music till midnight. Not great to not be told prior and asked if that was OK (which it wasn't!) Guess many of those at the function would have been staying at the hotel so would have been better to allocate nearby rooms to them. No staff to speak to when we checked out so could not pass on our disappointment"

Excellent central location, room, size, Parking, food, and staff. this time, we got put in the annex next door to the hotel,and the rooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. Harrogate is an excellent base to explore Yorkshire. Quite unique in its layout with parks that extend into the downtown area."

"A fabulous stay. The delicious cookies on arrival were a lovely surprise and our room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our one night stay including shampoo, conditioner and shower gel! The spa was beautiful and so relaxing and the breakfast was great value for the price. Great location with easy walking distance to the beautiful town of Harrogate. Bar staff were very chatty and attentive but we found the reception staff not that friendly and also breakfast staff failed to get our hot drinks on arrival. Would be useful to have spa times and a spa menu with massages etc in the room. Overall a lovely relaxing stay! Would definitely return."
