"We had such a great stay at Urban! Very central, so not very far to different places by using yandex/taxi. The staff were brilliant and when we arrived exhausted at 9 am to put our bags in storage before the check-in at 2 they actually let us check in early and got us a room! The room was very nice and comfortable (could have been more sockets), and all in all it was a great time."

"This is not even a 3 start place. Terrible hotel with poor standards. I was staying at the hotels for three days and they didn’t even change towels. I asked to do it but the hotel management ignored my request. Breakfast with cold eggs, instant made coffee and spoiled food. No mini bar or coffee maker in the room"
