The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and really went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, to include extra pillows, help navigating the temperature remote and recommendations for dinner - Taco King! Be aware if you get in late, the dining options are limited in the local area since most close by 8pm. Rustic, but very nice!

My wife and I decided to take our 11 month old on his first plane ride to Okinawa. A little nervous about the trip itself, we were looking for accommodations that would hopefully make it a little less daunting. This Ritz exceeded all expectations. Upon arrival, our son received an amenities bag with a rubber ducky, baby shampoo, and skin oil. There was great communication between us and the staff. We did have a bit of trouble when it came to the airport shuttle, but it was solvable and in the end did not have an impact on our experience there. The location is beautiful. It is located in Onna village which is quieter at night, so if you are looking for nighttime experiences, you would have to drive or taxi about 20-30 minutes to chatan to do so.
