Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
I arrived to a freezing cold apartment, windows left wide open and due to being short could not reach over the counter tops to close them, then when I went to use the bathroom found dirty towels in the cupboard under the sink that had blood on, tv did not work, no channels so could not use any of the apps as tv would not connect to the internet which none of my devices could, the internet code and password couldn't even be found, the steps to get to the bedroom would have been fine apart from the two steps to the platform which were a foot in height each so with an injured leg struggled, I was there a total of three hours before I gave up and left, was so disappointed on top of that the lift didn't even work and the area around the stairs had food rubbish around
