「Overall experience was satisfying. Especially staff was kind and friendly enough to recommend the interesting activities & restaurant when we were not sure what to take. The entire facility is quite new, so it was really comfortable. But only 2 things I was disappointed is that the bath towel was quite dirty and the pillow had a sweat smell even when we entered the room. Since it’s quite new & overall service was nice, those points stood out… If those would get improved, I’d love to stay there...

「騙されないでください。 予約確定後にフェリーターミナルシャトルサービスをお願いしたら、無料ではなく600,000のタクシーを紹介されました。Hotels.com に問合せのメールをしても、日本人で無い担当者が代わる代わる変な日本語で回答をはぐらかすします。そして、3回くらいのメールやり取りで、ブロックされました。 回答は、無料と記載されていないものは全て有料とのことです。HPのどこにもそのような記載はありませんが、担当者はあると言い張ってからブロックです。宿泊代と同じくらいのタクシー代を支払う価値があるかは、皆さんの判断です。私は騙されました。完全な詐欺です。 Don't be fooled.
