Horrible place , horrible food and expensive. Staff is very friendly and they do the best they can. However, the property is very bad and outdated. The facilities are horrible , the food very bad. However, it is very expensive. The food and the drinks are as expensive as a 5 start resort .

Great property. We were upgraded to a suite with ocean views. Very spacious room. Comfortable bed. Good size bathroom with all amenities. Welcome gift. Plenty of bottles of water. Good size pool, very refreshing. Excellent service by staff. Excellent food in the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Nice beach to walk on but water was dirty as Monsoon season. Spa services fantastic. Wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

The transport services are good although there should be more shopping facilities around the resort. There should be more publicity on food outlets outside the resort as in rlsewhere

ホテルの質はすごく良いですが、古いです。 またプールもバリに比べると小さいです。 気になった点は不明朗会計で全てがクオリティに対し高額に感じました。 例えばビールは高額なのですが缶ビールだったりするにで、ドラフトビールを用意するとかのホスピタリティがあってもいいかと思いました。 食事も60シンガポールドルのビュッフェなのに味は普通だったり、タクシー代もラゴイ往復50ドルなのに普通の車だったりといった感じでした。 ビンタンは全て高いと聞いていましたがその割にクオリティが伴っていないのが残念です。
