「We enjoyed the natural setting and quiet area and it was a great jumping off point for exploring the Carson and greater Columbia Gorge area. Wish we had even more time to stay and explore! We rented the two houses in the area and this worked very well for our small group - everyone was very comfortable and we were all able to gather in the larger house for meals. 「The host Leigh was very communicative and did everything possible to make sure we had what we needed and support for finding the right adventures around Hood River. 「The property was perfect for our family of 10 that included 3 kids. Having the second kitchen /living downstairs area was also beneficial. Sitting in the backyard in the early evenings was very relaxing and we were able to enjoy some of the games and the great hot tub. Our biggest problem was we didn't get to spend much time at the place as the various wedding events kept us on the move. I would love to go back and enjoy more time at the unit and in the town of White Salmon. The location worked...

「Well equiped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Nice deck with view of columbia river and mt. Adams. Quiet neighborhood with easy walk to downtown and grocery. One improvement would be to add a second fan unit downstairs to the split heat pump system. The lower bedroom can get hot in summer. Also need more comfortable deck chairs. We brought our own.」
