"Reserved shuttle at hotel day before for 4:30 am to get to airport. Shuttle driver never arrived. Desk clerk was not very motivated to get someone fast for us. We walked 1/4 mile to airport over a highway in the dark. Terrible customer service"

"We had a wonderful time at this house. Our preference was to venture out just a bit but spend the majority of time at home and enjoy the screen porch/aka treehouse complete with rustling leaves, wind chimes and birdsong. Our other favorite room was the sun porch with THE VIEW. The house was clean, organized and comfortable. We shopped at Walmart and Aldi's for groceries. We went to visit Sierra Nevada brewery near the airport. We had never seen a brewery that magnificent. While their beer is not my favorite, they have great food. For BBQ, we sampled 12 Bones Smokehouse and Rocky's Hot Chicken, both close by. They were ok. We did not go into the city nor did we visit Biltmore. Taking a walk up the road all uphill was quite an adventure, it's a pretty steep incline for walking but hikers may do it more easily. I almost made it to the top. The owners were very prompt with answers to our questions; excellent communication. The hot tub was great. It made for a memorable vacation."

"The property is gorgeous with a short walking path through the woods, lots of trees and birds. Randy and his staff go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The space is laid out for relaxation and enjoying the natural environment. The location is perfectly outside the city in the mountains but still a short drive to Asheville and other attractions. The Blue Ridge Parkway is a 5 min drive from the property. "
