There is no grilling on or near the units per the fire code but an ample number of places across the street on the beach for picnics with grills.
When checking out, please leave dirty towels in the tub and turn off TV, fan and lights before locking up.
Smoking, vaping, cigars, etc. These are not allowed.. Not inside the condo, on the balcony or in the front doorway. $150 guest penalty.
