While the backyard is the only shared space with the downstairs tenant, you have your own private patio on the front yard with its own bbq so up to you on whether to use the front or back. Note - propane for outdoor BBQ is responsibility of guest. If out, Ace Hardware is right around the corner for $11 refill.

4. Our next door neighbor is the maintenance man, retired veteran and unofficial neighborhood watch who has lived next door with his lovely wife since the 80's. Our co-host lives a few houses down and always has a new idea on how to make the home an even better experience for guests (she just won top home host in Montana!!).
