Clean rooms, very modern, staff is very friendly and helpful. It’s within walking distance of the old town. The parking is terrible though, a very small lot in the back that fills up quickly. Very hard to navigate and not ideal for bigger vehicles. The Wi-Fi also was really bad, would work for a little bit but then completely stop working.

Modern, clean hotel close to old town

The hotel has a great location, 5 minutes walk from the old town and about 30 minutes beside the river to the Guggenheim museum. We really appreciated the hotel's parking. Even though we arrived several hours before check in, they allowed us to park immediately and even found a room that was ready to occupy. The staff on reception, and especially the one who checked us in, were fantastic. They also recommended a great place for dinner in old town. The room was modern, clean and had a fridge. We'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it

Gut ausgestattetes Hotel am Rande der Altstadt angrenzend an typische Wohnviertel. Ruhig gelegen und nur 5 Gehminuten von der ALtstadt entfernt. In die City von Bilbao zu Fuss über den Fluss in nur 15 Minuten. zb. vom Hotel zum Guggenheim Museem schafft man es locker in 20-25 Minuten. auch die öffentlichen Verkehrsanbindung Strassenbahn, Metro sind sehr gut. Empfehlung: für 3€ eine "Barik" Karte kaufen und mit 10€ aufladen. Mit dieser Karte kann man mit mehreren Personen einige Tage mehrmals quer durch die City fahren und bei Bedarf immer wieder aufladen. Der Frühstücksraum ist leider etwas laut und dadruch ungemütlich, Das Frühstücks-Angebot ist gut und auch reichlich vorhanden und es wird ständig aufgefüllt. Vielleicht stellt das Managment ja mal ein paar schallobsorbierende Elemente in den Frühstücksraum, das wäre super. Ein Restaurant oder Bar gibt es im Hotel nicht, ist aber durch die Lage nicht erfoderlich. Es gibt Bars, Kneipen und Restaurants propaktisch alle 10 Meter für jeden Geschmack in der näheren Umgebung. Für alle Fälle gibt es aber Automaten in der Lobby für Getränke und Snacks. Das Hotel hat ein paar Parkplätze hinterm Haus, für jemanden der mit dem Auto anreist ist das sicherlich interessant, ich weiss allerdings nicht, ob die kostenfrei sind.
