Morning light pours through a whole wall of windows and sliders at Many Springs 414, with the balcony right outside and Flathead Lake beyond the trees. This bright studio sits on Yellow Bay at Many Springs Resort, a short walk from the resort dock, about 20 minutes from downtown Bigfork and about an hour from Glacier National Park.

Up to four can stay here. The king bed sits by the balcony slider, and the leather sofa opens into a queen sleeper for two more. The full kitchen has a full-size fridge, a range, a microwave and a dishwasher, so cooking a real dinner is no problem. Three stools line the breakfast bar and four chairs circle the glass table, so there's always a seat. It suits a couple who wants room to spread out, friends on a lake weekend or a small family.

Spend the day swimming and paddling off the dock or exploring Glacier, then come back for a long soak in the jetted tub. Finish the night out on the balcony while the light fades over Yellow Bay.

Summer
When the snow melts, the Flathead Valley transforms into a playground of lakes, trails, and endless sunshine. Spend your days on Flathead Lake, the largest freshwater lake west of the Mississippi, where you can enjoy boating, paddleboarding, kayaking, and swimming in crystal-clear waters. Just a short drive away, Glacier National Park beckons with the legendary Going-to-the-Sun Road, Lake McDonald, and over 70 incredible day hikes. Closer to home, soak in the charm of downtown Bigfork -- a vibrant hub for local shops, art galleries, award-winning restaurants, and the iconic Bigfork Summer Playhouse. Outdoor lovers can hike the Swan River Nature Trail, explore the Jewel Basin Wilderness Area, cast a line in countless lakes and rivers, or play a round at Eagle Bend Golf Course.
