"There was a terrible mold and musty smell when we entered and it continued throughout our stay. By Day 3 we realized there was mold growing on the living room and bedroom curtains and brought it to the attention of the owner who said he was unaware of the situation and neither the person immediately before us nor the cleaning person made mention of it which is hard to believe since the smell was overwhelming. The owner said he’d investigate it, but then we never heard back from him until late on the day we checked out, he went silent which was very disappointing. Additionally, the toilet tank ran continuously after each flush unless you pulled the tank cover and manually depressed the rubber stopper and the hot/cold handle on the shower was messed up to where you can be scalded by the hot water. "

"Our unit was nice and provided a peaceful getaway. Wendy was kind, helpful, and responded promptly when we asked a question. Molokai is a beautiful island. It was a good location in which to visit our Molokai Ohana (family). "

"This is a wonderful property, very spacious, beautiful location, beautiful views. It was probably the most well stocked rental I’ve ever had. There were plenty of games, beach towels, pots pans, and accessories. The pool area is lovely with a nice hot tub, and the locals cannot have been more friendly. I will definitely look to stay here again if I return to Molokai"

"Dated interior. Toilet seat was loose until I fixed it. Hair dryer and toaster didn’t work. Microwave over stove didn’t work and owner had a new one on countertop by stove which limited counter space for food prep. Silverware was minimal and in a dirty drawer. Half of dishes were worse than what you could buy in thrift store. No mention in listing of hotel and resort buildings previously used for restaurants, bar, and nightclub were abandoned with significant rotting, roof damage, water inside and several condo buildings abandoned and fenced off. No dishwasher but owner claimed we should pay more due to our leaving some dirty dishes in sink. It was listed as one bedroom, but it was a studio. No washer dryer in unit and never found them."

"This unit was a Disaster when we entered; the floor was dirty, dirty towels were on the floor the beds were not made up.We quickly reported this and the local caretakers quickly attended to the situation. We received a credit, apology letter and all was well thereafter. Hopefully this was already reported to you."
