"Rooms looked run down and lobby tiles were broken. Bathroom tub looked old and chipped paint. Room was small and crowded. Cleaning staff not friendly at all."
"Check in person wash very nice and informative.
We did not have a tv remote in our room so we couldn’t watch tv.
Breakfast had a good selection to pick from. Would like to have had a meat (bacon or ham) with the eggs. The hash browns were not cooked enough. The waffle and muffin were very good"
"Staff was ok didn’t take long to check in, the problem arose when I walked in to our room. At first it seemed clean enough. Later on I went to the bathroom and there was a cockroach on the counter . Gross but I didn’t make a big deal about it .around 5am i Went to the restroom, I turn the light on and there’s at least 5-6 cockroaches scattered around the bathroom! Honestly got my wife up and we left immediately. Truly disgusting"
"We chose the hotel because it advertised as “pet friendly” The fee was $50 while other hotels rarely charge over $25. There was no ice on first floor, grounds were not kept up, elevator was filthy, staff refused to budge on pet fee, but our room itself was clean and cool."
