Summit Slope Side is a cozy, ski-in/ski-out condo at Snow Summit Resort, perfect for year-round adventure. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath retreat offers an open floor plan with stunning slope views and easy access to skiing, snowboarding, hiking, and biking. Designed for families and outdoor enthusiasts, it includes two parking spaces, eliminating Snow Summit parking hassles. Enjoy the ultimate location for all-season fun in comfort and style!

Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It features essential cookware, modern appliances, and both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig for your perfect morning brew.

Living Room: After an exhilarating day on the slopes, retreat to the warm and welcoming living room. Gather around the glowing gas fireplace, sharing stories over a hot drink, or unwind with your favorite shows on the Smart TV. For a bit of fun, dive into a friendly board game with loved ones. With direct patio access, you can easily move between indoor comfort and the crisp mountain air, creating the ideal setting to relax and make unforgettable memories.

Master Bedroom: Escape to the serene master bedroom, designed for ultimate relaxation. Drift into a restorative sleep in the plush king-size bed, surrounded by soft linens and luxurious comfort. Set the perfect ambiance with the gentle glow of the electric fireplace, ideal for unwinding with a book or savoring a quiet moment. For entertainment, stream your favorite shows or movies on the Smart TV. The ensuite bathroom is thoughtfully equipped with fresh linens and toiletries to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay.

Second Bedroom: The second bedroom is a haven of comfort and entertainment, perfect for guests of all ages. Drift off to sleep in the plush king-size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The kiddos will love the twin over twin bunk bed set. On chilly evenings, the electric fireplace creates a cozy ambiance, inviting you to relax and unwind. For entertainment, the gaming system offers endless hours of fun, while the Smart TV allows you to stream your favorite shows and movies, making this bedroom a truly enjoyable space for relaxation and entertainment.

Outdoor Space: Step onto the enclosed patio and take in stunning mountain views while enjoying the lively sights of the slopes. Dine al fresco at the outdoor table, surrounded by the beauty of nature. Unwind in the cozy Adirondack chairs, basking in the sunshine and crisp mountain air. Fire up the natural gas BBQ to grill mouthwatering meals, from sizzling steaks to juicy burgers, and create memorable outdoor dining experiences.

No pets allowed.

Parking Instructions: Guest may part in any open spots inside of the condo complex. Once guest arrive, they must go to the condo management office at unit 19 to obtain parking passes. Any cars without passes WILL BE TOWED. Guest arriving after 5pm do not need a pass until 10am the next morning. Office hours 9am-5pm. Towing of a vehicle results in a $1000.00 fee to recover the vehicle.

Views: Property has views of the slopes and chairlift at Snow Summit from the ground level and the master bedroom.

Bathrooms are located on the second floor.
Please remember these rules are mandated and imposed solely by the CITY and our PERMIT/ORDINANCE which requires property management companies to notify all guests that the CITY requires you to sign a rental agreement and the Good Neighbor Brochure to obtain the code to the property as well as provide a copy in the rental agreement app a copy of Governmental ID that matches the name on the reservation. Please notate these and all rules regarding spa hours, trash removal, noise and dishes being washed are due to our permit and not our rules so please keep this in mind before booking as some guests rate us based on rules we must abide by to rent. We appreciate that they are unique rules please do not review us based on the reviews we need to follow, we appreciate it. The code cannot be sent until this agreement is filled out.

(1) Maximum vehicles and guest occupancy permitted is described in the listing. Any violation is subject to eviction and/or cancellation of your stay. If you need additional parking, please contact us directly.

(2) Big Bear Lake does not allow street parking; they will tow any vehicles parked on the street and any towing fees or fines issued are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

(3) Excessive noise or loud music heard at the property line is prohibited by the CITY for the consideration of the local residents. The CITY enforces quiet hours from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM and will send out code enforcement officers to issue fines/and or evict guests for any violations reported. There will be a $300 administrative fine per Code Call for our team to show up as we are required to attend such code call within 30 minus, plus $100 per hour of our time spent for the violation. This is IN ADDITION to any fines issued by Code Enforcement which start at $500 to $5000 per violation.

(4) Dishes - All dishes must be cleaned before leaving and the house must be left in the same condition that you found it in. Any dirty dishes left in the kitchen are subject to a $45 fee- our housekeepers will unload dishes or put them away but do not wash dishes or dump trash per the law this includes leaving dishes with food on them or left in the home. It also attracts vermin. Please note this is part of our permit and not included in cleaning the home after guests leave.

(5) Trash - All trash must be removed offsite to the free trash sites. Any bags or trash left behind in the bathroom, kitchen (including leaving behind items in the fridge, or outside is subject to a $25 per bag for removal this is not our rule - this is the law and we must abide by it as there is no trash service due to wild animals. Please do not review us based on the law. We provide a dump service if you should want to pay in advance, but we have to send a dump service we cannot have housekeepers take the trash as the CITY does not allow this.

(6) Barbecue- Propane is offered on the honor system on any firepit or BBQ. Please do not leave the firepit or BBQ on unattended. Please clean the BBQ after use. If by chance the propane runs out, please let us know and we will send someone to replace it. Please make sure all propane is turned off after use. Big Bear does not allow the use of charcoal of lighter fluid. Please be advised if you run out of propane and it is after hours we cannot promise after hours refills late at night as the stores may not be open.

(7) Pet- The home is strictly not pet friendly as the owners have severe allergies. Any violation is subject to eviction and a $3500 fine plus damages to the home will be charged.

(8) Parties or noise ordinance calls – any parties, events, unauthorized guests or noise complaints will result in immediate eviction with no refund. Any party will incur $5,000 fine plus immediate eviction.

(9) No over occupancy - $500 per person over occupancy fine plus damages plus immediate eviction and subject to code call fines.

(10) No smoking, vaping or drugs inside our cabins at any time. Any evidence of violation is grounds for immediate eviction from the cabin and a $3500 plus damages found at the home.

(11) Please refrain from bringing your own BBQs, Firepits and or outside cooking devices are banned by the CITY due to the fire safety hazards. This is subject to eviction due to this is how fires start.

(12) Due to the mountain location, Big Bear and the surrounding areas are known to have occasional power and internet outages due to circumstances beyond our control. Power outages are usually brief, lasting a few hours or less and the city always tries to work quickly to get it back up and running. There are no refunds at anytime for power.
