Host messaged the night before check-in to tell me the pipes were broken and cancelled the reservation. My family had already traveled to the destination so it left us in a bad place trying to find alternate accommodation. Why not inform us earlier? DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING WITH THIS HOST - HE TRIED TO NOT REFUND THE FULL AMOUNT WHICH IS SCAM BEHAVIOR. VRBO made it right but this host is a scammer, traveler beware.
