"A really lovely hotel in a very special location. Reception staff very friendly and helpful, as well as the breakfast team and bar staff. Room perhaps a little on the smaller side, but had all the required facilities and was spotlessly clean. I can’t fault it at all…. and would definitely consider returning."

"A fantastic family break for a week! The facilities are superb and accommodate for all ages: cycling, swimming, water slides, gym, treetop/go-ape adventure, beach, restaurants, gaming zone, arcade games. Plus local to the old town so a great area to walk, run and explore. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are well thought out with a breakout door for children and 2 tv’s. The rooms were kept clean by the service staff 2-3 times a day which was great. The only improvement point to not was it’s a new resort, so some of the processes were changing and staff were giving different versions of what was allowed and what not - example around all-inclusive and whether we could swap buffet lunch for lunch at one of the restaurants. Also pool bar charges for water, drinks and ice cream, though in doors in the family bar it was free. So some disconnects there that need to be aligned. Overall really enjoyed the stay and in a great location."

Grand Park Hotel Rovinj by Maistra Collection

"The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. We did notice that on our more casual days we received slightly different treatment from the staff in the dining room at breakfast, however the breakfast choices are incredible, the spa was exceptional, the staff I encountered and made requests or queries to were more than happy to help. The hotel is situated by the marina and is a short walk from the town and from gorgeous restaurants and bars. While we did not eat main meals at Grand Park hotel our stay still made us feel very pampered and relaxed overall and the hotel design is so so beautiful. They've done a phenomenal job with it overall. Also loved the pre check in form they send and the option to check out online. Everything is so considered to give you the most convenient experience and it is noticeable from the moment you arrive. "

"The hotel property sits on a very nice resort like beach front. It’s about 10min drive to the old town. The hotel room was very clean and up to date despite the property is over 30 yrs. The breakfast buffet was ok. I have to mention that the hotel staff at reception was very friendly, polite and helpful."
