Can't understand the negative reviews. We had a lovely 5 nights here and ejoyed every minute. Location is really excellent . We honestly could not fault this hotel, it had everything we needed. We will be definitely going back.

Very quiet hotel in the heart of manhattan. Lovely rooms that were quite large by NYC standards. Bed was comfortable. Room well appointed. Could use more thoughtful lighting in areas where you unpack luggage, and lobby bar closure a little disappointing. However the breakfast was absolutely excellent and the evening appetizer and cocktail time a very nice addition to the stay. Definitely a hidden gem! Would for sure stay again.

AWFUL experience here! Incompetent and rude customer service. Forgot my camera bag, and housekeeper stole it. Management never apologized. They were able to get camera back a few days later, but I was already home and had to drive 5 hours back to get it. Manager is rarely there and doesn't respond ...
