The hotel has been very recently redone. So everything is new and fresh. The rooms are small but cosy with a good bed and bathroom. The front desk were very polite and smiling. The only negative was that the room got really warm. The staff tried to assist but in vain. The location is a huge bonus - walkable distance to all great spots.

I cannot say enough good things about this wonderful hotel. The room was perfect, with classic period decor. The staff was friendly and attentive, the breakfast bar was lovely (and the woman who took my coffee order made the very best coffee!).
All this, and the location, in the heart of St Germain and the 6th. Exceptional value for the money. I’ll never stay anywhere else when I’m in Paris!

We saw the friendly and helpful owner everyday we were there - he seems to really enjoy the job of welcoming guests - his younger helper (i think part of the family) saved my i-pad by extracting a broken charger cord with a bit of creative tech-surgery and directed me where to get a new cord nearby ...
