Fabulous 8 Bedroom / 6.5 Bath home available year round for weekly & nightly rentals. Rooftop deck - only 1 street over from Garfield Parkway shops & restaurants & less than 1/2 block to the beach. Plenty of space with large living room/dining room combo plus second family room with wet bar. Perfect for all seasons and special occasions such as weddings, family reunions and holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas/New Years.

Saturday-Saturday rental in Prime Season.

Great House and Location for our Family Gathering

The house is spacious and accommodating for our large group, including a large dining table and plenty of sofas - things that some large beach houses lack. It’s so close to the beach that we could take the young children back and forth easily.

Delaware Golf Trip

Overall, this house is a wonderful vacation spot for a large group. Location is outstanding, block away from beach and downtown Bethany Beach. The rooms and common areas are spacious The only disappointment is the large non/HD TV in the main common area is old, often didn’t work and should be upgraded to meet the standards of this beautiful home. I would highly recommend this home for any and all. The realtor was highly responsive making all aspects a great experience.
