Kids loved the bunk beds with privacy curtains, the arcade in the room was lots of fun and the views of the lauterbrunnen valley and mountains were spectacular. The location of the hotel was extremely convenient to the train station. The pool area was fantastic and we just wished it was open later than 8pm"

The two things that went above and beyond our expectations for the staff and the sauna. I can’t say enough about the staff. Every person we met was cheerful and extremely helpful. As for the sauna, it was a magnificent and always empty, perhaps because it’s hidden away a bit. I cannot recommend this property highly enough for a stay in Grindelwald."
