About this space
Casual, spacious open floorplan, all on one floor with a huge back sun porch, nice front sun porch and deck. Centrally located, beaches, historic Berlin, and amenity filled community [pools, golf, pickle-ball etc.] Sleeps 8-9; king, queen, full-twin bunk, single. Must be 25 yrs old or prior service military or first responders. Recent price hikes forced us to cut the cable, switch to streaming services, and install TVs in each room. Linens and beach club parking pass available for a fee.
The space
The house has a light airy, no frills, casual beachy character, somewhat smaller bedrooms due to oversized beds and the eat in kitchen is small but the back sun porch, immediately out from the kitchen, has a table or two that can host upwards of twelve people for dinner. Additionally, the front sun porch, allows the guests to spread out and makes the space feel huge.

Other things to note
Bring your own towels and sheets, if you want to rent ours they will cost $75 for your stay. You are paying for a cleaning team. No smoking. Security deposit is $250.
