The corridor and the elevator were full of garbage. The sheets were pretty worn out. It was very different from the impression of the photo on the home mage.It was very different from the impression of the photo on the home Page. Although it is depicted in HP as students are actively using, the actual situation was different.

Die Übernachtung in dem Hostel hat seinen Sinn und Zweck getan. Das Beste daran ist wirklich die gute Location.

Nicht zufrieden

Wir waren zu 5. für ein verlängertes Wochenende in Berlin in diesem Hostel. Uns war bewusst, dass wir nicht viel erwarten können und waren bei Ankunft überrascht, dass unser Zimmer den "Luxus" eines Balkonzugangs hatte. Dementsprechend waren wir positiv gestimmt und störten uns nicht weiter daran, dass nur 2 von 5 Betten bezogen waren und wir nach einer anstrengenden Anreise die restlichen noch beziehen mussten. Immerhin hatten wir zuvor auch noch an der Rezeption, die 24h besetzt ist, Handtücher "umsonst" bekommen, die sonst für 2€ pro Handtuch verliehen werden. Leider war es am nächsten morgen im privaten Badezimmer nicht mehr ganz so "positiv", als nach 2 von 5 Duschgängen das gesamte Badezimmer und dann auch das Zimmer dezent unter Wasser standen (keine Duschkabine, sondern nur ein Abfluss im Boden). Ebenfalls waren die abends zuvor "geschenkten" Handtücher eher ein nach Plastik stinkendes Läppchen, das den Körper nicht getrocknet hat, sondern ihn nur mit Flusen bedeckt hat. 2€ "Mietgebühr" wären tatsächlich unverschämt gewesen. Lange Zeit haben wir uns daher nicht im Zimmer aufgehalten, da es auch insgesamt sehr staubig und leicht schmuddelig war. Insgesamt würde ich sagen, dass wir das Wochenende außerhalb des Hostels gut genutzt haben. Der nächste Berlintrip geht, nach Möglichkeit, jedoch in eine andere Unterkunft.

Zentral mit Abstrichen

Gut: Sehr zentrale Lage, U-Bahn und Einkaufsmöglickeiten in der Nähe. Späte Frühstückszeiten und Checkout möglich. Super Kaffee beim Frühstück durch Kaffeevollautomat. Personal auf Nachfrage immer sehr bemüht. Aber: Schlechte Matrazen, bei denen man die Federn spürte. Schrank hat gefehlt, es gab keinerlei Abstellfläche, nur Tisch, Stühle und Betten. Die Gemeinschaftsküche hat minimale Ausstattung, wirkt nicht sauber oder gepflegt. Weiteres Besteck und Geschirr konnte bei der Rezeption aber ausgeliehen werden. Dosenöffner fehlte. Wir hatten nicht das Gefühl, dass das Zimmer gereinigt wurde während des Aufenthalts. Das ist noch OK, aber wenn man selbst nicht mal einen Besen ausleihen kann, ist das wirklich blöd. Tischtennis war vorhanden, aber abhängig von der Person an der Rezeption kostete das extra ?!

Pegasus hostel

Rooms were fairly clean with comfortable beds and certainly worth the price. The staff was super nice and were more than willing to give advice on what to do while in Berlin. Really the only downside was the fact that the hostel was about a 40 minute walk from the central area of Berlin, but since its about 10 minutes from a train station it was no big deal.

Hotel estranho e afastado

Optamos por este hotel pelo preço bem abaixo da média, mas no final das contas não compensou: os corredores são escuros e têm mofos, o quarto é bem vazio e não tem armários com trancas, o hotel estava bem vazio.
