- You and your pets (up to 4, no breed/size restriction) can forget your worries in this serene home with spacious bedrooms. A fenced yard awaits your furry friends, open floor plan and only 10 minutes from OC in the Ocean Pines Community.
Ocean Pines offers many amenities such as indoor and outdoor pools, 2 restaurants, indoor and outdoor sports courts, boat and kayak launches, skate parks and a golf course to just name a few! Some amenities have fees and we include a parking pass for the Ocean Pines Beach Club, right next to the ocean on 49th st.
Ocean City, MD has everything from Boardwalk fun and games, great restaurants, fishing and more! Have fun in OC during the day and retire to Offshore Tails for quiet evenings.
We do offer one 40 inch plastic crate for your pets and pets must be crated when no one is in the home. The home also has contactless entry and you will be issued a custom code before check in.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Pet parents: clean up pet waste, bag and place in outdoor trash can. $75 fine if we find waste in the yard upon check out. Please clean the crate if used. Pets must be crated when no one is home.
There is a $50 replacement fee if Beach Club parking pass is lost, stolen or removed from the property.
Absolutely no vaping or smoking inside the home.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
