Problem is that it is 30 mins walk from station and no public transport available- also uber very reluctant to go there. if you are going to Krystal thermen it is 50 minutes walk- no transport avaialble so fone if you have car but if not then don't go. ( unless u love walking)."

"The hotel location is very close to public transportation. The facilities are also clean and the staff are very friendly. They made sure that my room was cleaned every day. I appreciated them when I was struck in Berlin due to the train strikes as they were very helpful when I requested to extend my stay for a night. I was expecting to change rooms but they tried their best to have me keep my room. The staff were all very attentive to customers needs. "
