Close to Spandau station, 3-4 minutes walk. Room is clean, equipped with kettle and teabags:) Staff is helpful and friendly. Many dining options and shops nearby. Wi-fi is ok.

Clean, dated and very loud.

Clean, but loud with the rooms very close together (see picture). My neighbors were screaming, shouting, crying and fighting and there are no staff to report it to from 20.00. when the hotel becomes self-entry only until 8am the next day. Poorly lit, not modern, generally felt unsafe so I checked out before 22.00 and left for the IBIS.

Das Bad war total renovierungsbedürftig. Das Kopfteil vom Bett war kaputt und unansehnlich. Insgesamt wirkte das Hotel heruntergekommen. Das Fenster konnte man wegen der Lautstärke von draußen nicht öffnen. Der Kaffee war nur lauwarm. Ich war vor acht Jahren öfter im Hotel Herbst und war immer zufrieden. Dieses Mal war es eine Katastrophe. Der Besitzer hat in den letzten Jahren gewechselt. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt ganz und gar nicht. 120,00 Euro pro Nacht . Ein Hostel könnte nicht schlimmer sein. Ich war kurz davor mir vor Ort ein anderes Hotel zu suchen. Habe davon abgesehen, da ich das Geld bereits an Expedia überwiesen hatte. Ich werde zukünftig Expedia meiden, wenn diese Unterkunft weiterhin mit vier Sternen angepriesen wird.

Ich finde die Unterkunft echt gut, weil sie sehr zentral in der Altstadt ist. Es ist alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Parkmõglichkeiten sind fūr Berlin, nicht ganz so schlimm. Die Unterkunft ist zwar schon älter, aber trotzdem sind die Zimmer gemütlich. Ein dicker Minuspunkt war die Sauberkeit!!!!! Haare im Waschbecken, Teppich war nicht gesaugt und in den Ecken noch Staubkneuel. Anderer Tag wurde nur das Bett gemacht!!! Wieder nicht gesaut ober Badezimmer sauber gemacht. Kein Klopapier nachgelegt, keine Handtücher ausgetauscht.

An sich alles ganz ok Frühstück war gut und das personal sehr nett. Zimmer war sehr kalt, da das fenster offen war als wir kamen. Aber wir sind auch ziemlich spät eingecheckt wo die heizung sicherlich auf nachtmodus war. Größere Probleme beim thema sauberkeit. Sehr viel staub an vielen stellen. Vor allem auf dem handtuchhalter wo man seine handtücher logischerweise drauf legt wurde lange nicht mehr staub gewischt. Der sessel im zimmer war deutlich erkennbar dreckig. Ein viel massiveres Problem ist aber der schimmel. In der duschkabine an den türen war sehr viel schimmel genau da wo man aufasst zum tür öffnen. Es war auch nicht gerade wenig, also auch schon etwas länger da. Für mich persönlich ein absolutes no go. Schade eigentlich denn zwar ist es nicht das neuste hotel aber vollkommen ausreichend wenn die sauberkeit passen würde.

Das Hotel hat einen guten Standort. S und U-Bahn sind unmittelbar in der Nähe und gute Gastromöglichkeiten sowie ein Irish Pub um die Ecke geben ihm die Pluspunkte. Der Empfang war ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Minuspunkte gibt es für das Badezimmer. Die Ecken und Ränder unter dem Waschbecken waren nicht sehr sauber. Auf dem Föhn waren Fingerabdrücke von fettigen Händen vom Vorbesucher zu sehen. Das Zimmer war zwar möbliert, jedoch sah es zusammengewürfelt aus.
