Limited reception hours. Their website advertises free breakfast but there was none. Location was good with convenient access to the Ubahn and restaurants.

The staff stated that they would be at the reception desk until 2200. We got there at 2120 and they were in fact not there. We had to go to another hotel. When I went there the next morning the gentlemen at the reception desk told us it was our problem for not getting there sooner or calling when there was a problem. Also half the lights in the room did not work. Overall terrible experience with this hotel. Would not recommend.

Average hotel in a suburb of Berlin. Location suited me this time but might not appeal to everyone. Hotel placed in a building with cinema and night-open restaurants (of sorts). Note that the reception is not manned at night. Reasonably priced. Good communications by U-bahn.

There was no one at the reception desk (once I found it) when I got there, but showed up very quickly. Spoke a little English and was polite but not overly friendly. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around but the would guess not the greatest area. Comfortable beds and relatively clean.

Good for price, better for weekdays

We stayed 3 nights. The first 2 night were great. The hotel is good for the price. Very close to the train station and restaurants. However, our room was above a club and our last night was a Saturday which caused us to stay up till 4 due to the noise. Overall I would say it’s a great place to stay on weekdays.
