I really liked the view from my room on 12th floor. I think only reason for not 5 stars is the price is a bit high £159 + taxes for one night and no breakfast. The hotel is outdated, but we only kept our things and slept there. The staff were very helpful, and a small convenience: coffee and reasonably priced vending machines where any other store is double for same items.
