This is not a Hotel!!! Rooms are small with not closet, Bed is a Sofa not a real bed, this place is not accessible by a disabled person as it’s located on top of a hill and you need to do some very narrow stairs to get in.

Great view and very clean and has a washing machine. A lot of space and had all the cooking pots and pans and dishes. It is on a steep hill so don’t bring a big suitcase

I hate writing bad reviews - but this place deserves it. Here are the highlights - it is a beautiful property and the view is really good. And that's it. Whoever owns/operates this place is cheap and doesn't really care about providing quality accomodations for their guests as can be evidenced by all the other poor reviews. The rooms were poorly cleaned and vacuumed since there was dirt and hair everywhere. The wifi was nonexistent and no matter how many times you tell the owners about this, they just tell you "thanks for your patience and understanding" - let's just call it what it is, they don't pay their internet bill, so there's no internet. The pots and pans were all greasy from the previous guest and despite the fact that there's a dishwasher, there wasn't any dishwasher fluid provided, just an empty container. I'd recommend a place further downhill so at least you don't have to trek far to have a more comfortable place to stay in.

The view! Absolutely stunning! After a steep climb to reach the apartment, we arrived to the door step loaded with garbage. At first we assumed it must be garbage day but that was not the case. The garbage remained there during our entire stay. The main door and entry was was covered with cob webs. It was not an inviting first impression. We made our way to apartment 202. It was clean and comfortable. It had everything required for a good night sleep. There is a full kitchen with pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. There however was nothing to be able to tidy up. No dish towels, no drink towels or drying rack. No pot holders. No coffee, tea, sugar, salt or pepper. The ad said the apt had a TV and washer/dryer but there is not. There is wifi but if you manage to get connected, it is so slow that it is basically unusable. We attempted to reach the host but was unsuccessful. If you are looking for a place for a good night sleep, this place hits the mark. If you are looking for conviences, this place falls short.

This property has a lot of potential, but the owner has some opportunities for improvements. There is no storage place for bags or clothes, I had to keep my bag and clothes in a pile on the floor. This also includes no where other than a chair back for coats to be out of it had been raining. There is a kitchen, but no towels or paper towels provided. Which makes is hard to clean up after a meal. Additionaly, there was no rack or anything to dry hand washed dishes. It would also be nice to have a broom/dust pan for cleaning. Also a bath mat would have been nice. With most rentals like this there is usually instructions on how things work in the house. We had questions on items and needed to reach out or do our own research. The washer didn't seem to work correctly for us, and the dining room light was not working properly. Finally the Internet was down for our entire 4 night stay. I communicated with the host multiple times, they were very empathetic and receptive to the feedback. Hopefully the property will be seeing solid higher reviews in the future.

We booked this as part of a longer stay in Norway. We were dissatisfied with the property for numerous reasons but primarily because the description fell far short of the reality. We were looking for a one bedroom apartment and the description clearly states this had one bedroom and a sitting area. In fact, what we got was a sofa bed in the corner of the main - and only room. To sit comfortably would have required dismantling and re-making the bed every day in order to have a comfortable place to sit. This is certainly not what was expected or described. Other issues of concern were the lack of basic essentials such as tea towels, washing up brush and dishwasher tablets which, in our experience are always provided. There was piles of dirty bedding and cleaning equipment stuffed into an alcove directly outside our apartment door. The main door to the block was permanently open to the street resulting in numerous occasions when the door to our apartment was tested. In particular, on the last day of our stay it was clear from messages we received and conversations with the cleaner that the owners had double booked this apartment. We were constantly disturbed by rattling of the door handle at intervals throughout the evening and into the early hours of the morning. We complained to the owners on arrival about the bed arrangement and absence of essentials but despite an apologetic response nothing was ever rectified. In summary, the description and pictures are disingenuous.

Fin leilighet som dessverre ligger svært upraktisk til, selv om det er svært sentralt. Vanskelig å komme dit med bagasje pga bratt bakke. Leiligheten mangler muligheter for å henge opp yttertøy noe som er et must i Bergen. I tillegg er sengene skikkelig dårlige. Med servise og bestikk, og foruten oppvaskmiddel og kost mangler alt for å kunne vaske bord ol. etter mat. Vi kommer ikke til å bo her igjen.
