"I texted when we landed at the airport and was told to go to a restaurant. There they told me our apartment had issues and we would be in hotel rooms. We needed the washing machine and kitchen though. We were never notified of this change until we actually arrived to check in. The rooms were nice so no complaints to with then but we would have preferred to stay in the place we rented. My daughter has many food allergies so I bring her food to prepare and was not able to prepare that food."

"The hotel is conveniently located in the Gorica neighborhood right near the bridge so it was an easy walk to restaurants. The property is very charming and well maintained. We had a lovely view from our room. The room had a refrigerator and a teapot. My only complaint was the placement of the air conditioner. It was located so that it was blowing right on my husband. I would definitely stay at this property again."

The continental breakfast was very good, with a nice variety and fresh options each morning. The atmosphere of the hotel was warm and relaxing, and it added greatly to our overall experience of visiting this beautiful city. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Berat!"
