Nice and quirky hotel rooms but noisy and staff at restaurant not knowledgeable about menu. very loud DJ which make it difficult to hear waitress. Small bathroom for the size of the bedroom. But Nice location close to shops and nice bars and restaurants.

Stunning hotel would definitely stay here again. Perfect location to walk anywhere in the city. The only downside would be the noisy pipes and AC machine that’s right above the bed.

There was a grocery store nearby, I only had 2 concerns , there was only 1 pot and 1 frying pan, instead of a set of pot comprising of 3 pots. I requested for extra pot and I ever received it and I ended up buying 3 pots costing me 25 pounds each....Lastly, i was forced to pay for tax which was already included in my payment at the time of my booking . Besides these 2 concerns I enjoyed my stay....

I’ve travelled extensively and will say this is a top notch hotel. From staff, quality, etc. Just be aware that after dark the College kids flood the streets as they do have their dorms in the neighborhood. But that’s not a bother.
I will absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Manchester.
