I was supposed to have gotten a refund and it’s almost a month later - I have not received it. "

Use a parking app. The cost at the hotel is quite steep. At the time of my visit, a bit over $70. Ask for extra key cards, so each person can have one. You need it for everything, lobby bathroom, elevator, pool, and gym access."
