"Lovely resort style hotel right on the beautiful clean beach. Well maintained and with very friendly staff. Peaceful and serene. Tennis courts, Gym, Pool table etc. Restaurant was very good and priced quite reasonably. We asked for special modifications and they took care of it. Stayed here for two days when driving down to Baja Sur and loved it. Some small hikes up minor volcano peaks with breathtaking 360 degree views of the bay/peninsula nearby (about 30-45 mins drive) for those so inclined. Highly recommended."
"From the start this was a terrible experience! The address posted did not bring us to the property. The contact, Jessica, would not give us entry info until we found the property. She sent a text that did NOT include her phone number! I finally clicked on the MAP and it brought us to the house. The house is in a gated area, so you don't rally see the house until you're in the fence. We were blind as t what property we were looking for. I suggest you add a photo of the entry gate.Pros- The space was roomy and had a security system. Cons- The door locks did not work properly. Each time the locks had to be fiddled with -and we never got the garage lock to work except for our original entry. The temps were in the 90F that day. House was all closed up and no air conditioning! Only fans that needed to be placed to get the air to circulate. Stuffy and hot!The water dispenser was empty. The grass was over a foot tall. Not easy for managing our dogs. There had to have been a thousand flies on the concrete slab in back near the water spigget! ick. The laundry which was hard to find (had to ask) is in the back corner of the property in a shed. The water runs out all over the overgrown yard. The dryer was out of gas (had been left on previously), so we had to hang our clothes in the house to dry. Bathrooms and house in general was dirty. Bedroom number 3 just STUNK! Bathrooms had hair all over. I do not recommend this place at all and wish we would have stayed near the beach. "
