Casa Olmo Grande. Villa on the Costa Blanca with pool and stunning views.

In Benissa, in the Montemar neighborhood, our lovely vacation home is located in a quiet area, surrounded by greenery, near the sea. It can accommodate up to 8 people, but is certainly still cozy and inviting for 2 guests.

Casa Olmo Grande is nestled against a hillside with a phenomenal ocean view. You can also enjoy the ocean view from the private pool on the terrace: you can see everything from Moraira to the Peñon de Ifach. The house is surrounded by a garden and features a veranda. A short drive takes you to the nearest beach, Cala Baladrar, or to the nearby seaside town of Moraira.

Our villa consists of 3 levels and has 4 bedrooms (8 beds), all equipped with air conditioning (both cooling and heating).

The main entrance is located on the street side on the second floor. There you’ll find the living room, a kitchen with access to the uncovered naya, one bedroom, and a bathroom.

On the first floor are 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom and access to the covered naya.

The fourth bedroom, with its own bathroom, is on the first floor.

The floors are connected by spiral staircases leading from the nayas.

Wi-Fi, central heating, and an alarm system are provided.

The spacious pool with an outdoor shower is located on the sunny, south-southeast-facing terrace. The garden features several seating areas and lounge chairs, and a pergola provides shade, along with several umbrellas.

On the terrace, you can play a game of table tennis if you’d like, or would you rather enjoy a delicious barbecue? The gas barbecue is ready for use.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM; check-out is by 10:30 AM. Access to the house is easy, and you’ll receive instructions about the house in advance. If you’d like to be greeted upon arrival and receive an initial orientation, we can arrange that for you.

The Spanish government has stipulated that a vacation home may be rented out for a maximum of 10 days for tourist stays through a platform like this one. Different rules apply to longer-term tourist rentals. Longer-term tourist rentals are possible, but not through this platform. If you’d like to rent our house for 11 days or longer, that’s possible—just contact us. With a little searching, we can always make it work ;-).
