Summary:
The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay extra:
- guarantee 440 € (will be refunded within 1 week after departure).
Rental price included electricity till 85 kwh/week and water till 10 cbm/week (more consumption must be payed extra)
Between November - March the expenses for internet, electricity, water and gas are to pay completely per consumption.
The Space:
Comfortable holiday villa near the beach with private pool and wonderful sea views.
The house has 2 apartments, which are rented only to one tenant.
The pool level apartment has a living room (with air conditioning, Fire Place), dining room, kitchen (with dishwasher, Coffee machine and espresso machine), 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms (each with air conditioning). All rooms also have a fan.
An outside staircase leads to the studio, which has a small breakfast kitchen, 1 living/bedroom (with air conditioning) and 1 bathroom.
Right next to the pool there is a wonderful summer kitchen (with dishwasher and washing machine ) and an extra barbecue area with charcoal and gas grill..
High-speed Internet via W-LAN is available for tenants. TV with Sat, Netflix und Amazon Prime.
There is a closed car parking space for several cars on the property.
Outside shower warm / cold. Poolheating available.
The location is very quiet - the sandy beach of La Fustera is only 1.2 km away. Supermarkets, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance.
Thanks to the pellet central heating, the house is perfect for winter.

The house is located in a quiet residential area with single-family houses.
Getting Around:
The location is very quiet - the sandy beach of La Fustera is only 1.2 km away. Supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance.
Other Things to Note:
Minimum age of the tenants 25 years. Groups with singles are not accepted (we only accept families with children or couples).
Dog keeping not possible.
Arrival and departure should be on Saturday (other days on request).
