We loved the view. It overlooked the 9-hole golf course with hundreds of trees and the sounds of the birds and night animal noises were lovely. The nearby skyline of Benidorm Poniente Beach and the far-off Skyline of Levante Beach were very dramatic. There is striking architecture which is even better viewed at night. The apartment was spacious tidy and functional and the TV also had BBC and ITV channels. The aircon was very efficient, necessary, after the long walk up the hill in 30-degree heat.
There is a good deal of building work going on directly behind the apartment block which is noisy and dusty. It is a similar block to the 6 blocks surrounding the area and we don't think it will be completed before the end of September 2024. The nearest mini supermarket is at the bottom of the hill and considering it is a self-catering holiday, the transporting of groceries is a consideration either by taxi or carrying them back up the hill, a 15-minute walk to the apartments.
